Last month I attended my annual training session that's required for maintaining my state prison security clearance. During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each of their belief systems. I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imamhad to say. The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video. After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers. When it was my turn, I directed my question to theImam and asked: "Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared aholy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world. And, that by killing an infidel, which is acommand to all Muslims, they are assured of a place in heaven. If that's the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?"There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation, he replied, "Non-believers!" I responded, "So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can go to Heaven. Is that correct? "The _____expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of a little boy who had just gotten caught with his hand in the cookie jar.He sheepishly replied, "Yes" I then stated, "Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope John Paul commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Dr. Billy Graham ordering Protestants to do the same in order to go to Heaven! "The Imam was speechless. I continued, "I also have a problem with being your friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me." "Let me ask you a question? Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to kill me in order to go to Heaven, or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to Heaven and he wants you to be with me? "You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his head in shame.Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the Diversification' training seminars were not happywith Rick's way of dealing with the Islamic Imam and exposing the truth about the Muslim's beliefs. I think everyone in the US should be required to read this, but with the justice system and media, and theACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized. I got this story in an email from my dad. after reading this, again, i nearly cryed. i am not an emotional person. but it is stuff like this, that make me think of my life and what i have done, and thought about. the truth is, God loves everyone. even the ones that don't love themselves. you see God created everyone, in his own image. you choose weather you acsept it or not

Genesis 16-31 says

16 then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
28 God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground."
29 Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. 30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food." And it was so.

The Story of a Teen Girl

a teenage girl about 17 had gone to visitsome friends one evening and time passed quickly as each shared their various experiences of the past year. She ended up staying longer than planned, and had to walk home alone. She wasn't afraid because it was a small town and she lived only afew blocks away. As she walked along under the tall elm trees, Diane asked God to keep her safe from harm and danger. When she reached the alley, which was a shortcut to her house, she decided to take it. However, halfway down the alley she noticed a man standing at the end as though he were waiting for her. She became uneasy and began to pray, asking for God's protection. Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness and security wrapped round her, she felt as though someone was walking with her. When she reached the end of the alley, shewalked right past the man and arrived home safely. The following day, she read in the news paper that a young girl had been raped in the same alley just twenty minutes after she had been there. Feeling over whelmed by this tragedy and the fact that it could have been her, she began to weep. Thanking the Lord for her safety and to help this young woman, she decided to go to the police station. She felt she could recognize the man, so she told them her story. The police asked her if she would be willing to look at a lineup to see if she could identify him. She agreed and immediately pointed out the man she had seen in the alley the night before. When the man was told he had been identified, he immediately broke down and confessed.The officer thanked Diane for her bravery and asked if there was anything they could do for her. She asked if they would ask the man one question. Diane was curious as to why he had not attacked her. When the policeman asked him, he answered, "Because she wasn't alone. She had two tall men walking on either side of her."
Amazingly, whether you believe or not,you're never alone. Did you know that 98% ofteenagers will not stand up for God?

John 3:16 says that For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
